As founder and CEO of Lepage Immobilier, Frédéric has spent his entire career in the senior housing sector. He has built an organization specializing in the management and development of senior housing facilities, combining human capital with operational rigor.

The company has acquired and managed several facilities.

His approach is based on inspiring leadership, a long-term vision, and active involvement in the communities he serves.

Patricia Labbé

Executive Assistant

Patricia Labbé, who has been with the organization since 2022, plays a central role by providing administrative and strategic support to senior management. She coordinates priorities, ensures that projects are tracked, and helps keep communications and daily operations running smoothly.

Known for her thoroughness and organizational skills, she anticipates the team’s needs and provides effective support across all activities. Her dedication and consistency make her a true pillar of the organization’s smooth operation.

Nancy Morin

Nancy Morin

Regional Director, Amqui and Thetford Mines

Nancy Morin, who has been in her position since November 2019, provides coaching and supervision for the Château Thetford and Château Amqui residences. She also contributes to the development of organizational development projects, notably Le Quartier Plus, and works with the management team to continuously improve the facilities.

She firmly believes that a good manager must know how to listen, lead by example, and remain humble, while valuing the expertise of others.

Regional Director, Valleyfield and Pont-Rouge

Chantal Côté has served as Regional Director since 2023, overseeing and supporting teams to optimize operations and ensure consistent, effective, and inspiring leadership across the facilities under her responsibility. 

She plays a key role in supporting managers and improving operational practices. With 15 years of experience, her management approach is based on communication, a hands-on presence, and team engagement.

Geneviève Pouliot

Geneviève Pouliot

Director of Finance

She has held this position since 2018 and is responsible for the organizations’ financial management, supervising administrative teams, and validating the entire accounting cycle, while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and analyzing the profitability of operations.

Geneviève has 28 years of experience and stands out for her analytical approach, rigor, perseverance, and determination, contributing to the organization’s financial stability and performance.

Marco Bernard

Financial controller

As a financial controller, Marco oversees the organization’s financial and accounting operations, while ensuring that rigorous financial controls are implemented and monitored.

Recognized for his analytical skills, his proficiency with IT tools, and his interest in process optimization, he helps support decision-making by providing clear and structured financial information. For Marco, numbers must speak for themselves, but above all, they must be understood.

Controller

Chantal Lachance, who has been with the organization since 2005, oversees financial operations and ensures the reliability, compliance, and monitoring of the organization’s accounting activities. Her responsibilities include general accounting support, financial reporting, and cash management.

She believes that understanding the company as a whole and taking an interest in everyone’s operations allows her to anticipate needs and act proactively, thereby contributing to the organization’s financial strength and performance.

Catherine Gagnon-Vallée

Accounting Technician

Catherine joined Lepage Immo in 2024 and is responsible for accounting as well as accounts payable and receivable for the Amqui and Pont-Rouge residences. With over 8 years of experience, her meticulous work directly contributes to the sound financial management of operations.

She stands out for her organizational skills and attention to detail.

Marise Chabot

Payroll Technician

She has been in her current position since February 2018 and is responsible for managing payroll for 240 employees as well as general accounting, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation, and collections. 

With over 30 years of accounting experience, she stands out for her efficiency, attention to detail, and mastery of financial operations, contributing to the reliability and smooth flow of internal processes.

Marketing and Events Coordinator

Sarah has been with the company since the summer of 2024, coordinating marketing and event activities to help raise the visibility and profile of the residences. She helps plan, organize, and implement initiatives in collaboration with on-site teams and partners.

With several years of experience in the field, she stands out for her ability to structure projects, manage priorities, and deliver coherent and effective initiatives.

Joannie Fortin

Marketing Coordinator

Joannie Fortin helps promote Lepage Immo by managing the company’s online presence, creating visual and editorial content, and coordinating with vendors. She works closely with management and field teams to ensure that communications align with the organization’s vision and operational realities.

Organized, analytical, and curious, she takes a strategic approach centered on analysis, experimentation, and adaptation.

Sales Coordinators

She has been with the company since 2015, coordinating rental-related activities, supporting teams in the sales process, and overseeing contractual and legal matters. She plays a key role in the customer experience, from the initial contact through to the residents’ move-in.

She stands out for her thoroughness, attention to detail, ability to listen, and adaptability. Convinced that a successful sale depends on a solution tailored to the client, she prioritizes an authentic approach focused on listening from the very first contact.

Customer Recovery Strategy Coordinator

Annie has been with Lepage Immo since 2018 and is responsible for the CRM system across the entire organization. With 20 years of experience, she develops, optimizes, and ensures the consistency of the tools used by the teams, while actively contributing to the follow-up and management of leads.

With a background in sales and communications, Annie stands out for her people-centered strategic vision, her organizational skills, and her collaborative leadership.

Paul Veilleux

Real Estate Development and Construction

Paul has been with the company since 2003 and actively contributes to real estate development, construction, and renovation projects. His hands-on expertise and understanding of the industry’s realities support the planning and execution of building projects at every stage.

With a pragmatic and analytical approach, Paul brings 25 years of experience to the field.
